1. Overview Refined Clinic is a medical aesthetics and IV wellness clinic offering results-driven treatments and products. Due to the nature of these services, we do not offer refunds for treatments or products once purchased.
2. No Refunds on Treatments All treatments, consultations, and packages purchased at Refined Clinic are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been performed or purchased, no refunds will be provided for change of mind, individual results, or perceived outcomes. This policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law for services of a medical and cosmetic nature.
3. No Refunds on Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be used for any eligible treatment at Refined Clinic.
4. Australian Consumer Law In the unlikely event of a major fault or issue that falls under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy. This does not apply to dissatisfaction with expected outcomes or change of mind.
5. Product Returns For skincare or retail products, returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing fault or product defect. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 7 days of purchase for assessment. Change of mind or personal preference is not grounds for return or exchange.
6. Booking Fees & Deposits All booking fees and deposits are strictly non-refundable. If adequate notice is provided for a cancellation (minimum 24 hours), deposits may be transferred to another appointment at our discretion.
